As an Internet entrepreneur for about 20 years, Mark has led 3 companies from start-up with a single individual to teams of over 60. Mark is focused exclusively on capital efficient recurring revenue models combing SaaS, UI design, process management and online efficiency and productivity solutions. In 2004, along with the help of Tom Edwards (current Interim CFO), Mark as CEO and Founder, sold his organically grown, SaaS software company, Recruiting Solutions International, to then Public Company Ceridian Corp.

Surfing, sailing, snowboarding and fly fishing in saltwater are among favored activities when away from the office.

Mr. Edwards provides a blend of CFO services to Vision Local Media. Traditionally, his services range from VC financing transactions, board room presentations, audit coordination, SaaS busiuness financial modeling, exit planning, and sale-side coordination. Tom was Mark Henninger's counterpart and CFO at Recruiting Solutions International, a SaaS company providing applicant tracking services and other related software to human resource departments. Together, Mark and Tom took RSI from $500K in revenues to $8 million and subsequently the sale of RSI's in April of 2004. Tom helped managed the strategic sale of business: negotiation, presentations, due diligence, financial modeling, and ultimately the transaction worth $11m to the company.

Andy has been architecting and developing web based applications since 1994. Since moving to Denver in 1999, he has provided contract programming for most of the top web development firms in the metro area. He joined Denver Website Designs for a two week contract in 2010 and has been shackled there ever since. When Andy is offered work release, he enjoys tennis, golf, snowmobiling, skiing, martinis, and contemporary art. Jared has been working in web & print design since 2007, and was the first full-time employee at Denver Website Designs. During his time here, he's been primarily focused on front-end design & development, with an emphasis on user experience. When Jared isn't analyzing hundreds of lines of cascading style sheets, he likes to spend his time in the mountains. Hiking, camping, fishing, biking, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are a few of his favorite activities - and taking photographs of everything along the way.

Alex moved to Colorado in 2003 to further his studies in graphic and web design. After graduating from Colorado Mountain College in 2006, he has been working professionally as a graphic and web designer in the Denver, Colorado area. In his free time Alex enjoys reading about the latest design trends, bike riding, snowboarding, surfing, photography, and traveling.

After graduating from LSU with a BS in Marketing in 2013, Clayton moved to New Orleans to pursue contract and freelance digital marketing. The mountains and music of Denver called him from below sea level to the Mile High City in 2015. This adventure lover will try anything once and most things twice. While he might miss Cajun cuisine, he has found the perfect home here catering to his passion for the outdoors and helping clients succeed.

After graduating from the University of Montana with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2011, Jordan moved to Austin, TX to pursue a career in web development. After living in Austin for 6 years he moved to Denver to get back to the mountains. Shortly thereafter, he was brought onboard the DWD team as a software developer. When he isn't coding software, Jordan enjoys skiing, fishing, mountain biking, and basically anything that gets him outside in the mountains.

Native Texan and graduate of Baylor University, Monica moved to Colorado to enjoy the great outdoors and lend her skillset to the Mile High City. As an English major, her passion is communications and all aspects of digital marketing (even the analytics!). What began as a copywriting career after college, quickly spiraled into marketing as she lent her talents towards all aspects of branding a business. A creative person at heart, Monica enjoys painting in her free time when she isn’t enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape and great Denver museums with her recent fiancé!

John graduated from Caldwell University with a BS in Computer Information Systems in 2015. After spending some time on the East Coast, he knew it was time to embark on a new adventure. John decided to move from the East Coast to the Mile High City, pursuing the tech industry which had formed here. John’s priority is clean, readable code that is both cross-platform compatible as well as performance optimized. He is a passionate full-stack developer who believes a user’s experience should look as good as it performs. In his free time John enjoys spending time outdoors, staying on top of coding trends, drawing, wasting too much time on Reddit, watching Superhero movies, and going on adventures.

Tanya has lived in the Denver area the majority of her life. She has a decade of experience in small business marketing and business development in a variety industries. In her free time she enjoys family, cooking, bike riding, music, dancing, podcasts and everything techy.
